A couple submits an enquiry through your CRM. embrr reads it, extracts the details, and checks your blocked dates. If you're booked, it sends a warm decline with a referral.

Not a template. embrr learns your voice from your email history and gets better with every edit. It recognises the venue, detects referrals, mirrors the couple's personality, and writes a draft in your voice for you to review.

The story

Built by a wedding photographer who needed it.

I'm Donal Doherty. I've been a wedding photographer for 16 years in Derry and Donegal, and I've photographed over 700 weddings along the way. I also have a Master's in software development.

I built embrr because I was losing bookings to slow replies. With a young daughter and other commitments, staying on top of every enquiry became harder and harder. A thoughtful, personal reply takes me around 15 minutes to write, and when they pile up during a busy week, they don't all get answered.

Automated CRM templates feel impersonal, and couples can tell. I wanted something that helps me reply quickly while still sounding like myself. A tool that knows my venues, my pricing, and when to follow up, with every reply still coming from me.

The first time I used embrr for real, I was out at dinner with my daughter when a new enquiry came in. The draft was already on my phone. One tap on WhatsApp to send it, and the couple booked the next morning.
